As a Manager, BASES (Innovation), you will lead end-to-end innovation research projects that help organizations make informed product and marketing decisions. This role combines client consulting, project leadership, and analytical expertise to deliver actionable insights across concept and product testing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients, translating complex research findings into strategic recommendations that drive business growth. In addition to managing project delivery, you will mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to thought leadership within the innovation research space.
