- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- User-Centered Mindset: Passion for understanding users' needs and advocating for the best possible user experience.
- Experience with accessibility testing (e.g., WCAG, ARIA) to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3,



JavaScript) to understand technical implementation.
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Familiarity with agile development and SCRUM methodologies.
- Certification in usability testing or quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB).
- UI/UX Testing & Validation:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of user interfaces and interactions across web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs are implemented as per the UI/UX specifications (alignment, spacing, colors, typography, etc.).
- Identify and report UI/UX inconsistencies, defects, or usability issues that deviate from the design.
- Evaluate visual elements, including images, animations, and transitions, to ensure they meet the design standards.
- Usability & Functionality Testing:
- Perform usability testing to evaluate the ease of navigation, user flow, and overall user experience.
