Within Digital R&DCreation; Center, the VeevaClinical team is responsible for defining the strategy and leading the delivery of the VeevaClinical productsuiteto endusers. This includes the operation, implementation, and integration of VeevaClinicalsolutionsthat address R&D; business processes effectively.At Pfizer,Veeva Clinicalproduct suite includesCTMS, eTMF, Study Start Up, and Site Connect. Veeva Clinical products are connected to the Veeva platform which includes other product suites forRegulatory – RIM (Registrations, Submissions,



and Publishing), and Quality (QMS and Quality Docs).

The Manager, Operations Lead for Veeva Clinical is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution across product releases and projects for Pfizer’s Veeva Clinical product suite (including CTMS, eTMF, Study Start Up, and Site Connect). This role ensures operational readiness and continuity through resource onboarding/ offboarding, access and training compliance, periodic audits, and proactive management of operational risks and issues. The Operations Lead also provides operational support for vendor and contract administration, including routing/follow-through for Statements of Work (SOWs) and purchase orders (POs), and contributes to high-level budget planning and tracking by partnering with portfolio/finance stakeholders to maintain a consistent source of truth view of forecasts and actuals.
