We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across the UK and US accounting markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with accounting firms and businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to engage international clients through multiple outreach channels.
As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to expand the client base, nurture prospective customers, and contribute to revenue growth. Candidates with exposure to accounting outsourcing, bookkeeping, taxation, or financial services will have a distinct advantage.

- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn,



email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other business development channels.
- Engage with accounting firms, finance professionals, and businesses across the UK and US markets to identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for senior business development and sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, introductory emails, and sales materials tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness.
