The role focuses on complex hardware installations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable integration across critical technology environments.

Accountabilities:

The IT Infrastructure Installation Services II professional will independently manage infrastructure deployment activities, ensuring successful implementation, validation, and support of enterprise technology environments. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading hardware provisioning activities, including advanced RAID configuration and disk optimization to support high-performance applications.
- Configuring and validating Dell server management tools, including iDRAC, Lifecycle Controller, and firmware baselines before operating system deployment.
- Deploying operating systems through PXE boot automation or remote installation methods, including Windows Server and hardened Linux environments.
