Job Description for IRM Developer

Build technical design, perform development and configuration, unit testing and production deployment for Policy Compliance, Advance Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Audit Management;
Develop and implement and support Policy and Compliance Module in Servicenow;
Develop and implement Advance Risk Management in Servicenow;
Develop and implement Audit Management Module in Servicenow;
Develop and implement Third Party Risk Management Module in Servicenow;
Maintenance and support of all modules developed post Go Live;
Ensure that the solution is aligned with the agreed business process design, functional design and with ServiceNow best practices and JTI architecture standards;
Work with customers to gather business requirements and provide advisory on possible process improvements;
Ensure that system documentation is completed and delivered prior to Go-Live and post Go-Live;
