We are looking for a detail-oriented API Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in API Testing, Postman, and Rest Assured to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of modern applications. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building robust API automation frameworks, validating business-critical integrations, and delivering high-quality software in fast-paced development environments.
As an API Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive API test strategies across functional, regression, and integration testing. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams, you will validate API functionality, automate test scenarios, identify defects, and contribute to continuous quality improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute API test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing scenarios.
- Build, enhance, and maintain API automation frameworks using Rest Assured and Java.
- Perform API validation using Postman, including request/response verification, authentication, workplace configuration, and data validation.
- Validate business logic, response structures, error handling, and database mappings across API services.
- Analyze API logs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects efficiently.
- Develop comprehensive test cases covering positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case scenarios.
