Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS | India

Location: India - Remotly but should be ready to travel abroad when needed.

We are hiring a Marketing Leader to own and scale our client’s demand generation engine, strengthen GTM strategy, and drive enterprise pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, HubSpot, SEO, paid campaigns, content strategy, and enterprise marketing. This role requires a hands-on leader who can combine strategic thinking with execution, work closely with Sales, and build a high-performing marketing function.

Key Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, HR Tech, Loyalty, Enterprise platforms preferred)
✅ Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth
✅ Robust HubSpot expertise (workflows, lead scoring, reporting)
✅ Experience with GTM strategy, SEO, paid media, LinkedIn & content marketing
✅ Ability to manage teams, budgets, and marketing performance metrics
