Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Order Processing and Licensing Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. The role involves managing sales order processing, ensuring timely and accurate license provisioning, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
- Accurately process incoming orders, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with sales and Finance teams to resolve order-related inquiries or issues.

License Provisioning:
- Manage and deliver licenses to customers accurately and promptly.
- Act as the first line of support for license creation issues.
- Monitor license usage and expiration to proactively address potential concerns.





Customer Service & Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and license provisioning.
- Serve as a point of contact for order status updates and license information.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all orders and licenses.

Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance order and license provisioning processes.
- Communicate progress, issues, and key milestones to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in order processing, license management, or customer service.

Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (3+ years required).
