The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth across the hospital network. This role requires a strategic leader who can combine digital, on-ground, and doctor engagement initiatives to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of patients and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives
- Drive patient acquisition through integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and referral channels
- Build and strengthen the hospital’s brand positioning across key specialties and target segments
- Lead doctor engagement and referral marketing initiatives to increase inbound and cross-referrals




- Identify high-potential specialties and design focused campaigns to improve occupancy and utilization
- Manage digital marketing including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and online reputation
- Oversee on-ground activations such as camps, corporate tie-ups, health programs, and community outreach
- Track and analyze marketing ROI, patient conversion funnels, and channel effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships to ensure high-quality execution
- Drive patient experience and feedback loops to strengthen retention and brand trust

Must Have
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution
- 10–15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for healthcare/hospital experience
- Proven track record in driving patient volumes, revenue growt
