Job Description Summary
You are required to be a highly motivated Sales & Proposal Specialist for EHV product business in India. You shall play a pivotal role in ensuring that key deal risk has been identified, reviewed and mitigated. You shall be balancing key risks and rewards trade-off associated with an opportunities/ contract. You shall be implementing effective sales strategies and manage bidding lead time to improve capture/ win rate. You shall be able to achieve order input and contribution margin targets and foster a positive environment.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Follow the bidding process for PT business in India sub-region.
- Implementing sales strategies and executing plans to drive order input & profitable growth.
- To focus on the preparation of a winning proposal, meeting customer’s priorities/quality goals in terms of time/schedule, price/costs as well as competitive content and formats, both from a commercial and a technical application perspective.
- Conducting prospect and Deal Desk (DD)



reviews to support the go-to-market and deal selectivity decision.
- Leading the evaluation of risks in the deal, developing contextual effective mitigation plans, and obtaining the necessary decisions of risk triggers in compliance with organization policy.
- Ensuring a proper recording of bid status (win/loss) and transferring of won bids to operations team
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics/ Production)
- 0-3 years of experience. Freshers can also apply.
