Essential
3-6 years of experience in Tech Support
Excellent Customer Interaction skills (telephonic and email)
Experience in testing APIs using Postman/SOAPUI
Experience working on L2 & L3 Tech Support.
Should have Database Query skill like: MySQL, SQL
Ability to prioritize work under pressure Preferred
Work requires willingness to work on a flexible timing
Communicate with customers in a qualified way
Maintain customer support dignity to the company standards
QUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
B.Tech / B.E / MCA ( CS/ IT ) Preferred
Prior knowledge in Tech Support
Able to test API using Postman/SOAPUI
Excellent communication skills (including oral, written, report writing and presentation)
Conflict resolution/negotiation skills.
Typing skill with speed and accuracy.
Problem identification and solution skills.
