Job Title: Expert GES S2P Invoice to Pay

Location: Hyderabad, India

This role is a critical part of the Global Enterprise Services (GES) function, driving excellence in the Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) framework. It focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient invoice processing and payment operations, while enhancing vendor experience and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
- Oversee the full invoice-to-pay lifecycle including invoice validation, exception handling,



payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on standardization, efficiency gains, and automation (OCR, RPA, digital workflows).
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliances across all invoice and payment activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve turnaround times, and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, accuracy, and SLA adherence; provide insights and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to system implementations, process migration, and adoption of ERP/invoice automation tools in line with transformation goals.
