Roles and Responsibilities
· This role is for Onsite (Trinidad and Tobago) Initially it will be WFO, but later candidate needs to go for Onside Location. So please share the Candidate who interested in onsite Opportunities.
- Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects.
- To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects.
- Good Business Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits).
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing workplace.
- Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience.
- Hands-on experience in Fusion cloud Payroll module, Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts. ,

Skillset :Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Experience:5 to 7 Years Relevant Experience
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida (WFO)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only
