Qualification:
 Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automotive/Electrical) with 7+ years
of experience in Teamcenter Support in a global engineering organization
R&R;:
 Address Teamcenter issues raised by the global engineering community within the SLA’s
 License management of all applications supported by CAE Services
 Performance testing for new CAD product releases
 Co-ordinating with other infrastructure teams in the event of an application outage
 Create new Teamcenter user accounts for global users
 Train users on application enhancements after every CAD releases
Mandatory Skills:
 Proficient in resolving simple and medium issues in any of the following applications – NX, Zuken
E3, PCAD and I-Deas
 Working knowledge with Teamcenter modules such as My Teamcenter, Workflow Viewer,
Organization
 Positive Problem solving and Decision-making skills
 Strong presentation and communication skills
Desirable Skills:
 Experience working in a capital equipment industry
 Completed certification courses on Windows Server handling
 Exposure to Azure services
