Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager – HR to lead the talent management function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR policy development, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and HR analytics, with a solid understanding of the Indian labor market and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management:
- Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-potential talent and lead succession planning initiatives.
- Performance Management:




- Drive the performance review process across all levels.
- Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify skill gaps and implement relevant training programs.
- Develop employee development frameworks for long-term growth.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement engagement initiatives to build a positive and motivated workforce.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and open communication.
- HR Policy & Compliance:
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.
- Ensure statutory and legal compliance across HR operations.
- HR Analytics & Systems:
- Utilize HRIS tools (SAP/Oracle/Workday) to manage employee data.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Act as an HR advisor for leadership and cross-functional teams.
