We are looking for a Support Specialist – Salesforce CRM to provide day-to-day support and administration for our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will troubleshoot production issues, support business users, develop and maintain Salesforce automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our CRM solutions.
What you will do
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce application support by resolving incidents, service requests, and user queries within defined SLAs.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce production issues while ensuring high-quality support and timely communication.
- Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic capabilities.




- Design and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Participate in Salesforce deployment and release activities across environments using Change Sets and CI/CD tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, support procedures, and system changes.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and implement best practices to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with administrators, architects, developers, and business analysts to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous learning and ongoing platform improvement initiatives.
