As a Senior Marketing & Business Development professional is required to lead growth initiatives within emerging segments such as semiconductor, PV solar manufacturing, and green hydrogen/ammonia. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding of Ultra-Pure Water systems, effluent treatment, and recycle technologies, along with the capability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans. This role demands visionary leadership, strong technical expertise, and proven business acumen to drive market expansion, strengthen client relationships, and enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Ultra-Pure Water, effluent treatment, and recycle domains across industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and microelectronics.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, consultants,



and end users.
- Lead sales strategy formulation and execution to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D; and product teams to tailor solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.

Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for Ultra-Pure Water products and services.
- Establish the organization as a market leader through thought leadership, seminars, trade shows, and digital initiatives.
- Create marketing collateral including case studies, whitepapers, and product datasheets tailored to different customer segments.
