Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead – Partnerships to build, onboard, and scale high-impact platform and lead-aggregator partnerships for Branch International in India.



This role will own strategic partnerships with large-scale digital platforms and high-DAU ecosystems such as super apps, wallets, telecom, and OEM-led platforms, alongside key lead aggregators. The role is critical to diversifying acquisition channels, driving high-quality demand at scale, and ensuring compliance and unit economics in a regulated fintech setting.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Lead Aggregator Partnerships
- Own strategy and execution for onboarding and scaling partnerships with high-DAU platforms (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, Airtel, and similar ecosystems) and lead aggregators
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential partners based on scale, user quality, commercial viability, and compliance fit
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding including commercials, integrations, SLAs, and launch readiness

Growth, Performance & Quality Ownership
- Drive partner performance across volume, CAC, approval rates, credit qua
