Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic AR Executives with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). If you have strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AR follow-ups with insurance companies
- Handle denial analysis and appeals
- Work on outstanding claims and collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies and rejections
- Maintain accurate claim status updates in systems
- Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks

Eligibility & Requirements
- ✅ Graduate (mandatory)
- ✅ 2–4 years of experience in AR / US Healthcare RCM
- ✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills




- ✅ Strong understanding of:
- Insurance calling
- Denial management
- Claims lifecycle
- ✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel
