Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Robust experience in implementing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), HR systems, and cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP) and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer (CIE), Certified IdentityNow Architect (CIA), or similar are a plus.
