Role Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer (Java / React), you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of features and services that power Staples Print's eCommerce platform.



You will build Java-based backend services using Spring Boot and develop React/TypeScript frontend components, working within an Agile team under the guidance of senior engineers and tech leads. You will grow your skills across the full stack backend APIs, frontend UX, cloud-native deploymen, and take increasing ownership of well-scoped features as you develop.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain Java microservices and APIs using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.

-Build React/TypeScript frontend components and pages that integrate with backend APIs.

-Write clean, tested, maintainable code following team coding standards and conventions.

-Implement unit tests and participate in integration testing across owned features.

-Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects across the stack.

-Participate in code reviews both giving and receiving feedback constructively.
