This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The role combines business process expertise, platform knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration to design solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and user experiences. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable digital solutions. Accountabilities:
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on IRM solutions.
- Understand customer processes, identify improvement opportunities,



and recommend strategies to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own business requirements, define priorities, and ensure alignment between clients, end users, and delivery teams.
- Conduct impact assessments on existing business processes and ServiceNow IRM functionalities.
- Create functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, mock-ups, and documentation to support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and deliver demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for stakeholders.
- Support the creation of test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and functional validation processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
