Who we are looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Reporting and Analytical qualified to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team. The Analyst will support the continued evolution of the reporting function.



The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality reporting and analysis on related HR data that will help identify trends and provide guidance that will drive global business decisions. The Analyst will partner with the internal teams to continue improving reporting processes and optimizing reporting delivery solution to support State Street strategies. This person will also support technology-based platforms, functionality implementation and maintenance.

Major Responsibilities:
- Establish collaborative relationship with internal clients including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), corporate function and business leaders
- Provide analyses, data interpretation, and presentation; manage all phases of reporting projects
- Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids that result in actionable insights
- Document/ update reporting processes. Proactively identify opportunities to drive reporting standardization and optimize reporting delivery solution. Make recommendation
