Purpose of this role
To generate high revenues for the organization through various channels.

Accountabilities
As part of the dealing team you are responsible to Provide excellent advisory services to clients
and manage their portfolio by providing best industry knowledge. Develop new cliental base and
drive wealth business equally.
Job Description :
o
Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
o
Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.
o
Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade.
o
Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.
o
Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
o
Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
o
Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds,
Corporate FD s, NCD s and etc.
o




Monitor client exposure limits.
o
Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.
o
Drive focus on generating recent business/client base
o
Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.
Job Specification
o
Good communication (verbal and written) skills
o
Ability to speak in local language and English
o
Graduate from recognized university or college
o
Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
o
Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking
o
Holds latest certificate of NISM 8
o
Understanding of local market and captive client base
o
Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc.
