Role Summary

Instrumentation & Automation

Key Responsibilities

· Shall have excellent written and verbal communication skill.
· Shall have excellent soft skills in MS office-word, excel and ppt.
· Having experience in DCS - PLC - SCADA based Automation & Field Instrumentation
· Shall be responsible to understand, learn, review, and get correct basis of Design, Piping and Instrumentation diagrams, Data sheets, IO List, Index, BOQ, Layouts.
· Shall be responsible to review of technical offers, float enquiries to suppliers and prepare the Techno-Commercial Evaluation
· Shall be responsible to understand, review & support calibration, Installation & commissioning of PLC /SCADA/ DCS / Instruments
· Shall be responsible to prepare Budget, Ordering, tracking for receipt of material, Inspection,



prepare progress reports for day to day
· Shall be responsible to understand, preparation, review and execution of protocol, test cases for computerized system Qualification - Validation documentation.
· Shall be responsible to understand, learn the automation stack and carry out/support L2 integration.
· Should Posses Audit Skills with respect to Instrumentation
. Should posses knowledge on QMS viz Track wise/DMS
· Shall be responsible to follow HSE, cGMP and other relevant regulations.
· Participating in meetings, attending workshops and other training initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: B.Tech - Instrumentaion/EEE/ECE
Required Experience: 15 - 18 years
