Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.)
- Proven experience in a leadership role as a Software Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in Java backend development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Extensive experience with containerization platforms, particularly OpenShift.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
- Proficient in database design and SQL queries, with experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
- Robust knowledge of software engineering best practices, coding standards,



and design patterns.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile software development practices.
- Experience with performance optimization and tuning of backend systems.
- Relevant certifications in Java development or related technologies.
