Overview

The Business Development Leader – Enterprise & Corporate Solutions will be responsible for driving strategic growth by acquiring and managing high-value enterprise and MNC clients. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers, closing large-ticket deals, and expanding the company’s presence in corporate workplace and office interior fit-out solutions.

This position requires a strong blend of enterprise sales expertise, relationship management, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking, with hands-on involvement in MICE selling, key account management, and channel partner activation. The role will play a critical part in shaping revenue growth, strengthening partner ecosystems, and positioning the organization as a preferred workplace solutions provider for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or corporate partnerships, preferably within interiors, real estate, workplace solutions, MICE, or B2B services.

Solid capability to identify, develop,



and convert new business opportunities with enterprise brands and multinational companies (MNCs).

Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior corporate decision-makers, CXOs, founders, and key stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in leading commercial negotiations and closing high-value deals, particularly for office spaces, interior fit-out projects, or enterprise workplace solutions.

Strategic understanding of MICE selling, enterprise partnerships, and key account management, with the ability to design and execute go-to-market and growth strategies.

Established network and experience in activating broker channels, developers, and channel partners to consistently generate qualified leads.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling, customized solutions to enterprise clients and executive audiences.
