Design, develop, and maintain Terraform configurations for creating and managing GCP resources
● Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
● Automate infrastructure deployments and configuration management using CI/CD pipelines
● Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations
● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
● Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP and Terraform features and best practices

On top of that, you can be asked to work on other value-adding projects for which GemOne knows and sees the potential it can bring to our own company and our customers, but which is to date still a greenfield within our organization. Therefore you will be able to play a pioneering role in exploiting these greenfields. Aside from the above mentioned “objectives”, you will also be able to learn from state-of-the-art IoT technology, together with a joyous mix of high-potentials and well seasoned professionals.

Requirements
● A minimum of 5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines,



Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD)
● Scripting experience with languages like Bash or Python
● Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
● Experience with a cloud service provider, preferably GCP
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Healthy level of criticism, i.e. not afraid to challenge the status quo
● Proactive mindset, spotting problems / challenges, but also drafting the potential solution and acting upon it
● Fluent in English
● Be open to traveling to Belgium up to 2–3 times per year. Bonus Points
● Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
● Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Cloud Monitoring)
● Experience in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment
