Regional Manager - IBRL

Product Manager - IBRL

Purpose of the role:
- To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Outreach banking & services to our clients in a fair and transparent manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating for Timely launch of Targeted branches
- Facilitating for Low risk Audit and Compliance achievement.
- Timely Submission of All Regulatory and other reporting’s.
- Ensuring Smooth branch operations through regular handholding , classroom training and E-learnings.
- Successful Completion of Ongoing Projects.




- Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies

Desired Experience:

Number of years of experience (range): 8-10 years
- Type of companies/sector worked for: OEM / Dealer Sales / Banks/NBFCs, should have relevant experience in Outreach Banking.
- Responsibilities managed in the previous organizations: The applicant should have experience in Meeting up targets, handling CASA, RD, Handling Team.
- Languages: Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
- Computer/technical skills (if any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).

Qualifications:
- Graduation: Any Graduate
- Post-graduation: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage
