Job Description:

Position: QC Executive

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for documentation work in the QC Department.
- Perform analysis using HPLC and ensure compliance with analytical procedures.
- Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) instruments for elemental impurity and trace metal analysis.
- Responsible for manufacturing batches as per MOM/BMR requirements.
- Maintain all manufacturing and quality records accurately and timely.
- Oversee complete filling, packing activities, and procurement of packing materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental standards in the work area.




- Handle domestic and export batch production documentation for smooth dispatch activities.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Warehouse departments for seamless operations.

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills

- Valuable in communication

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 7.00LPA
