● Territory Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Delhi territory
to effectively identify and evaluate strategic sites.

● Property Scouting: Lead the scouting and acquisition of recent land and
commercial properties in Delhi tailored to specific area requirements.

● Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of average rental rates and
land values for commercial leasing across various specifications.

● Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end legal documentation
process for lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

● Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler for extensive field-based
acquisition activities.

Key Skills

● Strategic Negotiation: Highly skilled in commercial negotiations to secure
favorable lease terms.

● Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and leverage local broker
networks for property leads.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to
interface with diverse stakeholders.
