Accountabilities
- Provide expert technical support through chat, phone, and online channels for digital imaging software products,



helping customers resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Own customer interactions from initial diagnosis through resolution, ensuring strong first-contact resolution whenever possible and providing complete context when escalation is required.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for issues involving application performance, GPU and display rendering, color management, synchronization, file corruption, plugins, and operating system compatibility across Windows and macOS environments.
- Investigate escalated technical cases, conduct research, validate solutions, and collaborate with specialized teams on complex product-related issues.
- Analyze and reproduce customer-reported bugs, document findings clearly, and provide detailed information to support product improvements.
