Job Overview:

Join a growing FMCG organization and accelerate your sales career as a Senior Sales Executive. We are looking for energetic sales professionals with experience in FMCG, General Trade, or Field Sales to drive market expansion, achieve sales targets, and lead on-ground sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets across assigned territories

• Lead and manage a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs)

• Expand distribution by onboarding new retail outlets

• Build robust relationships with retailers and distributors

• Ensure effective merchandising and in-store brand visibility

• Manage company assets,



promotional materials, and sales activities

• Support credit management, discount approvals, and claims processing

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, General Trade, or Field Sales
- Experience handling a team of field sales representatives preferred
- Graduate or MBA in any discipline
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills
- Comfortable with extensive field travel (up to 90% of the month)
- Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Age: Up to 42 Years
