We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Gen AI Developer with hands-on experience in Azure Gen AI services, Python, and advanced machine learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying AI-powered enterprise solutions, working on cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and intelligent document processing.

? Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Azure Gen AI solutions (AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Functions, Logic Apps).

Implement intelligent pipelines using Langchain and Python-based Gen AI tools.

Build and fine-tune LLMs with capabilities like Reasoning Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Chain of Thought modeling.

Design and manage prompt engineering workflows to optimize AI outcomes.

Construct robust APIs for enterprise AI use cases.

Work with Graph DBs such as Cosmos DB and Neo4j to manage and query large-scale AI data.

Apply domain knowledge in finance and data management for contextual model training.

Support code deployment and automation using GitHub workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver live AI applications and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
