Job description

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement automated tests for backend systems to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design test strategies.
● Design and execute test cases, identify and report bugs, and work with developers to resolve issues.
● Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
● Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on testing best practices.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
● 7+ years of experience in backend testing,



performance testing and test automation.
● Proficiency in Java language.
● Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
● Solid knowledge of backend technologies and architectures.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
● Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
● Relevant certifications in software testing.
