ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
The Senior Data Acquisition Analyst is responsible for coordinating setup and management of external and non-CRF clinical data integrations including central labs, imaging, IRT, eCOA, wearable devices, and API-based integrations. This role supports end-to-end external data acquisition activities, vendor coordination, reconciliation processes, and study readiness while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
This role collaborates with Data Delivery Leads, Database Design teams, vendors, Clinical Operations,
Biostatistics, and study teams to deliver scalable, standardized, and analytics-ready external data solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate setup and management of non-CRF data integrations including central labs, IRT, imaging, wearable devices, and eCOA systems.
- Own assigned integrations end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business and study requirements.
- Drive standardization of integration approaches and downstream data consumption awareness.
- Develop and maintain vendor data transfer specifications, mapping documentation, and reconciliation requirements.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of external datasets.
- Review incoming vendor data for formatting, mapping, quality, and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Support API-based integrations and external data transfer processes where applicable.
