- Experience with Django back-end would be a plus as it would make the recent resource more effective in leading both resources.
- Oversee the existing two resources to make sure more efficiency and productivity in their day-to-day work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Better understand the requirements and refine it from the discussions
- More hands-on experience.
- Interpret intent and use case for the requirement discussions
- Quick to obtain clarification when in doubt and makes sure perfect implementation by testing the same.
