About the Role
As the Senior Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for your department while driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.



You will work closely with hotel leadership to achieve financial goals, maintain IHG brand standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Day-to-Day
Financial Returns
- Develop and execute departmental business plans aligned with hotel objectives.
- Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Monitor productivity, expenses, and revenue opportunities.
- Identify initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Support the achievement of hotel financial and commercial targets.

People
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop managers and colleagues.
- Drive colleague engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
- Foster a culture that reflects IHG's Winning Ways and values.
