We are looking for Analyst – Master Data Management and who play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of vendor master data that supports critical procurement and finance operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with 4+years of experience in Vendor Master Data Management and Supplier Onboarding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zycus and Infor, a solid understanding of data governance, supplier compliance, and banking validation processes, and a passion for maintaining high-quality master data.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end supplier onboarding process from Zycus to Infor Supplier Master.
- Create, validate, approve,



and maintain supplier master records while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify supplier documentation, including tax forms, banking details, business registrations, certifications, and compliance documents in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform independent verification of supplier banking information to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and compliance before vendor setup and payment processing.
- Execute vendor master data cleansing activities between Infor and Zycus to support accurate and seamless data migration.
- Monitor and maintain vendor master data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and work instructions related to supplier onboarding and vendor master management.
