Overview
The role of SQL + BI + SAS is critical for our organization as it involves leveraging data and analytics to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and analysis.
- Create and manage BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and implement data models and structures to support analytical needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements.
- Utilize SAS for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries and database performance.
- Provide technical support and training to users on BI and reporting tools.
- Document processes, data models, and report specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SQL, BI, and SAS technologies.




- Contribute to team projects and initiatives related to data and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of recent data and analytics tools.
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries and scripts.
- Expertise in developing, deploying, and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SAS programming and analytics.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in performance tuning of databases and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.
