Job Summary

The BIM Modeler – Landscape is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed landscape models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. This role supports landscape architects, urban designers, and multidisciplinary teams by producing accurate 3D models, drawings, and documentation for projects across various stages from concept design to construction. The ideal candidate ensures data consistency, model quality, and alignment with project standards.

Key Responsibilities (Financial)
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for landscape projects using tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Prepare landscape drawings including plans, sections, elevations, planting layouts, and details
- Collaborate with landscape architects, architects, and engineering teams to integrate design information into coordinated BIM models
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and company workflows
- Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
- Extract quantities, schedules,



and data from BIM models for project documentation
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and deliverables
- Update and revise models based on design changes and project feedback
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to version control protocols
- Support visualization tasks such as rendering and presentation graphics (optional)

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in landscape or site development projects

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Positive communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
