We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and JavaScript to build modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences while driving frontend architecture, engineering best practices, and technical excellence.
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing user-facing applications using modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver responsive, accessible, and maintainable web solutions. In addition to hands-on development, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and continuously improve frontend performance, code quality, and development processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures for contemporary web applications.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain clean, modular, and well-structured codebases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, performance optimization, security, and frontend best practices.
