Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMIS Expert / Project Controls, Planning & MIS Manager to lead the planning, monitoring,



and digital project management initiatives for large-scale infrastructure projects. The role involves establishing robust project controls, managing schedules, analysing delays, and implementing PMIS solutions aligned with business and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6
- Define project baselines and track progress against planned milestones
- Identify critical paths, risks, and delays in project timelines

Project Controls & Monitoring
- Implement project control systems and procedures
- Monitor cost, time, and resource performance
- Prepare variance analysis and corrective action plans

Delay Analysis & Claims
- Analyse project delays and prepare delay claims and extension of time (EOT) documentation
- Develop claim schedules and support dispute resolution processes
