Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Developer – Oracle to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade Oracle applications and integrations. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across functional and technical teams in complex transformation programs.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Development
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle EBS environments.
- Have technical knowledge in modules like HRMS, Project Costing, Project Billing, Financials, SCM
- Build and customize:
- Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, XML Publisher)
- Interfaces and integrations (using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA)
- Extensions (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports,APEX, Java, Unix)
- Conversions and data migration programs
- Develop scalable and high-performance solutions following Oracle best practices.

Integration & Middleware
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle applications and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, banks,



external ERPs).
- Utilize tools such as:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- SOA Suite / REST APIs
- Middleware technologies for real-time and batch processing
- Ensure secure, reliable, and fault-tolerant integrations.

Technical Architecture & Solutioning
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to define technical architecture and integration frameworks.
- Provide inputs on:
- Data models
System scalability
Performance optimization
- Translate functional requirements into technical design documents (TDDs).

Database & Performance Optimization
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries, procedures, triggers, and packages.
- Conduct performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and productive database design.

Support & Delivery
- Lead and support:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Production deployment
