We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as an Income Tax Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the tax-related functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with income tax laws, and providing tax planning support. You will play a key role in preparing and filing income tax returns, dealing with tax assessments, and advising on tax matters to ensure effective tax management.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, companies, and other entities promptly.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, including TDS, and other statutory taxes.

Monitor deadlines for tax filing and ensure timely submission to avoid penalties.

Tax Planning & Advisory:

Provide tax planning advice to optimize tax liabilities for clients or the organization.





Assist with the evaluation of tax implications of business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.

Tax Assessments & Representation:

Represent clients or the organization in tax audits and assessments.

Coordinate with tax authorities to resolve disputes and address any queries or notices received.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and complete records of tax filings and related documentation.

Prepare detailed tax reports for internal stakeholders or clients, outlining tax liabilities and strategies.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

Monitor and ensure effective internal controls in relation to tax compliance.

Identify and mitigate potential tax-related risks.
