Talent Acquisition Partner
This role is responsible for End to End recruitment for all positions open in India within budget and quality.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Avantor's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer focused Talent Acquisition Partner with robust direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and leads a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to our organization. This is position must use discretion while handling information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and Avantor’s hiring activity across the Eastern Hemisphere with a focus on Finance Hiring in India. This is an on-site role at our Pune, India location.
EXPERIENCE:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS,
LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years experience in a in-house recruiter role is required with focus on Finance hiring.
- Collaboration Tool: Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large scale ATS preferred. CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) tools, LinkedIn Recruiter.
HOW YOU WILL THRIVE AND CREATE AN IMPACT:
- Launch and lead the recruitment process for open headcount by interfacing with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify employment needs, conduct intake sessions and develop a recruitment strategy.
- Reduce time to fill by developing recruitment strategies to include attracting and nurturing prospects via direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining and referral methodologies.
- Pre-screen qualified candidates, and facilitating feedback discussions across interview panels. Provide compensation recommendations to the
