Roles and responsibilities:

• Must Have (Top 3 skills) ->> ServiceNow scripting, Service portal, CMDB
• More than 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM/ITOM/HR/ ITBM
• Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript / HTML / CSS / AJAX/ Angular/ Jelly Script
• Proficient in Client Side and Server Side Scripting, Record Producers, Workflow, Reporting, Best Practices
• Good knowledge in Scripting
• Experience of working in Agile framework
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
• Robust technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations
• Sound knowledge on Portal implementation or worked on Portal enhancements
• Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices
• Good Communication skills
