Role purpose:
Proficient in SAP POSDM. Should have worked on SAP IS Retail implementation
and support projects. Ability to successfully design, configure and deploy Retail
functionality to deliver a successful solution for the client.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

· Proven SAP Retail on S4 HANA implementation experience of
minimum 3-4 years.
· SAP POSDM experience min 5-6 years.
· Must have worked on the SAP POS lite (SAP Customer checkout).
· Expert in SAP POSDM, PIPE, POS interface design.
· Expert in configuration development and support of end-to-end POS
integration inbound and outbound.
· Configuration in ALE, inbound / outbound IDOC monitoring and
troubleshooting.
· Should be expert in end-to-end SAP Retail functionalities.
· Should be expert in skills such as Stock allocation, Site master, POS
transactions handling, Assortment / listing and Push and Pull planning
process.
· Expert in handling store operations,



POS integration pricing procedure
design.
· Should have in depth knowledge of Assortments, Allocation table,
Retail promotions, merchandise distribution, cross docking and flow
through scenarios in retail.
· Expert in SAP POSDM – S4 HANA integrations.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

· Implementation and support of SAP POS lite (SAP Customer
checkout).
· Implementation / transformation to S4 HANA along with end-to-end
steps.
· Should be expert in EDI / IDOC handling.
· Should have exposure to design/integration of complex interfaces
General with various legacy systems

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Information
Technology,
· Positive communication skills.
