PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Lead - Digital Transformation will drive enterprise-wide change by leading high-impact programs that support long-term value creation. For the first 18-24 months, the primary vehicle for this transformation (75%) will be steering the business-readiness and organizational alignment for our global ERP rollout in India. This is a high-visibility, non-technical role focused on process governance, cross-cultural conflict resolution, and strategic change management. Post-implementation, the role will naturally expand into broader transformation initiatives, recent product launches, and market entry strategies.
The role requires high ownership, problem solving skills, managing multiple complex workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders, and balancing the long-term transformation goals with short-term business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise Business Transformation & Cross-Border Governance (75% in initial 2 years)
- Lead end-to-end business readiness for the ERP deployment in India




- Drive structured problem solving by being an effective intermediary between the Business functions, functional consultants and Global stakeholders
- Strategic Business Interface: Act as the central anchor and strategic translator between India business, local functional partners, and global stakeholders.
- Complex Conflict & Consensus Management: Lead intense cross-border alignment sessions. Actively negotiate and resolve friction points where local market realities conflict with global operational templates
- Business Process Ownership: Drive structured problem-solving to define the local "To-Be" operational state. Evaluate local process variations to ensure we adopt best-in-class global standards while safeguarding critical legal/ regulatory needs
